BuzzWorthy Radio: Looner!
from The Buzz - BuzzWorthy Radio Hosted by The Buzz - BuzzWorthy Radio
For Looner, the road has always been a friend. From the profoundly spiritual experiences at The Red Rocks Amphitheater to sharing the stage with the likes of Ziggy Marley on many national coast-to-coast tours, Looner imbues their live performances with rhythmic digital loops, ingenious harmonic backdrops and lustrous vocal overlays. Many words have been used to describe this multitasking musical-duo. Among them: “captivating,” “infectious,” “stimulating,” “power-packed” and “refreshing.” To that could easily be added “an audio-anomaly,” since between but the two of them – by means of state-of-theart live sampling and a seemingly inexhaustible abundance of raw talent – Looner has adeptly breached contemporary musical conventions to produce in terms of sheer sound-size their very own “Wall of Sound.”
