Plenty of fans hope that this group can achieve a top five or ten finish in recruiting rankings and push the team over the top in recruiting. While we've discussed that topic several times on the show, today we're discussing how this group fits into the bigger picture. What are the strengths of this cycle? Where does Penn State need to add players this cycle to fill in gaps or enhance strengths in the current roster? While the nature of college football has changed from a long-term view, there are still aspects of team building that play into recruiting. Next, we'll look at the committed class as it stands in the cycle. Penn State has nine commits who have verbally joined the program.
