Good morning church boy y'all are in for something this morning I've been for the past three weekends with a hundred plus men and it's been a different world Seriously a different world because men are men and when men get together in a hundred men get in a room together and seeking God something changes Something shifts amen, so we've been having some great times out to see I was there Friday night drove in yesterday Just phenomenal things that God is doing in the midst of CRTC and midst of our men But sure I want to talk to you about a couple of things are going on here locally They're important to you okay Friday when I was driving out to care So I got a phone call and you know those phone calls and go why I have this person's name in my phone I'm not even sure who that person is but on Friday going out to care It's the Horton County Republican Party at called me and said well you guys host the Horton County a Republican convention And my first response was yes I said but hold on let me talk to the elders because I'm responsible those guys as well and everyone your elders said absolutely will host that But here's the thing guys and girls here's why I say it's important not only just to host it But if you haven't noticed what's happening in our county we have 40,000 people in our county But we had only 2700 people vote less than 3,000 people voted who were registered to vote in a county of 40,000 people That's awful So if I ever hear somebody complain about government my first question is did you vote? I didn't vote we'll be quiet and if you're and if you're a man shut up Listen, it's amazing how many Christians talk about things of God, but won't simply go vote the way God votes And so I've been accused of all kinds of things and I'm gonna take what I'm really changing my mind a little bit on You know if you say well man you talk a lot about the Republican Party well because number one at two choices Republican Party or the Democratic Party One believes in abortion one believes in homosexuality. Well, I can't support them. So that's the Democratic Party Well, there's problems with the Republican Party.
That's true. So where do I consider myself a biblical constitutionalist? What is that number one is this is it biblical first Republican Party Democratic Party doesn't fall in line with the Bible? That's where I got to land number one number two if neither one of them is biblical that I got to land on the second document the Constitution Which one is closer to those two so very simply listen to church you got me stirred I came from the bunch of men But number two I'm stirred because our community has backed up so far and people have just not got involved And the other part of not getting involved is the lack of education in getting involved of people knowing who they're voting for knowing the things They vote for listen well during the income it so I vote for them no sir no ma'am go find out what they're doing how they're voting What they're doing in this country, but particularly in the state and particularly in this county and particularly with the school board Actually people put signs in their yard for school board members that I would vote for my dog gave me a chance Amen I told you I'm stirred up.
I mean I mean I really am a few weeks ago President Trump in the United States of America went to war in Iran And people go yes praise God well guys and girls let me taste something there's a war going on in Wharton County And some of us don't know what's going on but what's currently going on in Wharton County is particularly important at this point I haven't seen it anywhere else but it's starting at this point on the outskirts of Wharton We're finding Muslims beginning to begin to buy property on the outskirts of our county There are flags flown for other countries in this county and so people what I know that listen very simply this is the invasion that happens Dallas Dallas has so many miles to be built in Dallas and it's amazing people. Oh, when did that happen? Oh my gosh No overnight it happened overnight. It bought very simply slowly and progressively invading the country That's what a good army does they invade on the outside and begin to come into the inside Oh, man, you were strong to my arm very strong It's one of those listen me church.
This is where the church has laid down so many times and so many times the church has been so Fearful of what are people gonna say? I don't care what people say I have to stand before God one day and say God I spoke to the people that she would have me to lead clearly and decisively Amen That has nothing to do with my message But it has everything to do with obedience if I'm not obedient to God then you shouldn't be here If I'm not obedient to the thanks of God so let me do then you shouldn't be here Wow, that's a strong thing for a pastor to say absolutely this because your pastor should be obedient to Christ first Amen, so let's jump into Hebrews 11 and for those of you who are guests this morning Are you been coming a few weeks and you haven't seen me welcome? It's okay I'm a little bit open about what he was 11 because listen We're gonna start very simply talking about by faith But he was 11 is simply the heroes of the faith or we had a Hall of Fame of faith It's just all about faith, but what's amazing and our topic is one is by faith Obedience by faith because so many people in life say well, I have full surrender that means Jesus does this to me No, he does not yank you around it's not a fishing hook.
He doesn't push you down and throw you to your knees like you must surrender Now that's Islam Jesus never does that he simply invites us to surrender He simply invites us to say I will surrender my heart surrender my life surrender everything that I am He is the one who says will you please surrender? No forcing nothing else and sometimes we have a hard time believing simple things like this that we could go an entire day without sinning Whoa, what I believe that you can go a day maybe two three without sinning what holy cow? My faith What can I see what do I believe God's called me to do? Can I be obedient in every single action by faith?
Come on church this is important because we've been talking about obedience and obedience and obedience and everybody keeps talking to man That's not on the beat what y'all talking about me. I are a different church What do you mean? We're a different church most churches won't talk about obedience most churches won't talk about sin Most churches won't talk about other destructive things But we grace to be fellowship want to teach the people of God how to be obedient to the things of God So Hebrews 11 eight I love this Hebrews 11 eight you go through Hebrews 11 minutes by faith by faith by faith by faith by faith And you get to verse eight and it says this by faith Abraham when called to go to a place He would later receive as his inheritance obeyed and went even though he did not know where he was going by faith Abraham obeyed Most of us don't understand that we did the exact same thing When Jesus said will you surrender your life? He said geez I make you my Lord and Savior I make you my Lord and Savior.
He said I'm in charge now. Yes, sir. You're in charge and so what does that mean? You can go anywhere in the world You've ever been to discover days ever heard Craig Hathaway give his testimony when he gave his life to Christ He was scared to death that God was listening to Africa It was worse got into all Campo, Texas He used to live in Lake Jackson got into the temple But when you say Jesus I give you my life.
We have no idea where he's going I mean some of us this morning have no idea what God's gonna call us tomorrow But if God were to ask you to do things tomorrow that weren't in your normal thing. Would you do him? Go talk to that person go share Christ with that person go pray for that person go across the street talk to your neighbor I don't know my neighbor's name if God were to just ask you simple basic things could you simply obey? Stop smoking.
Oh, you're meddling now. Stop drinking. Oh man. You're meddling now Stop watching that TV show.
Stop bingeing stop doing this and doing that. Could you obey? Oh pastor Michael? You're really putting to us this morning.
Yes, because my faith Abraham obey you and I by faith we can obey Listen Abraham was known for his faith. He was a man of faith. He stepped out into the unknown when God called him Oh, oh well God told me to start a business Leave a faith whoo passion my I don't know God's been speaking to you for years to start a business It's not a recent thing. It's a thing forever.
God's been saying you've been holding out going well I'm not too sure. Oh, I'm not you've been dancing with God like I was tangoing with God. I'm not sure what's going on here God said no If God says go he's gonna catch you if God didn't say go he's not gonna catch you I mean Abraham didn't have a detailed map or clear instructions about where he was heading. Oh Father God I mean I did so many Christians are this way God?
I'll do it if you'll tell me the first 15 steps and God said I told you to go that's the first step But what about one two three four five six no no no no I get the first step and when you take the first step The second step appears and the third step appears and the fourth step appears God meets us right where we're at as we take steps of faith Abraham's journey was filled with uncertainty yet. He chose to obey and trust God Church our walk is full of uncertainty I mean it's just amazing that I want to really test your faith this morning Some of you sat down in those chairs having faith that chair was gonna hold you up You never thought twice about that chair holding you up, but you have more faith in the chair than you do God Oh, I drive my car from here to wherever I'm going for lunch I have more faith than I'm gonna get from here to there rather than what God says go do this When the voice of God is just natural well passion. I go driving just natural as well Yeah, but you know lunatics like me who are driving on the road Man I tin oh my gosh listen. I got here yesterday.

It's amazing how many people put faith in inanimate objects and things rather than their Lord and Savior Yes, sir. Oh pastor Michael I mean I got that but the problem is with two people have faith in faith and not faith in God or the faith of God Let me example. Let's say for example. You had a bill coming due at the end of the month When do you begin to pray for that bill the day before?
Well, I don't know I don't have money to pay for that bill, but it's coming to on the end of the month When you start praying for God to move in that the day before the day of oh no I got real faith patch. What's that the day after when the bill was due? Did I start praying for God to meet me? God God bill me out.
That's not faith God bill me out. It's not faith what's faith when you know today on the 8th that you don't have the money for the 30th of the month you start praying today saying God I know you're gonna meet me God. I know you're gonna meet me right there And then all of a sudden you get a phone call from somebody says hey, man. Listen.
Can you come help me change out a light bulb? Well, I'd be able to change sure Well, okay, I'll be there in a minute. Okay, great. So you get over there and change the light bulb out.
What can I pay you? Nothing Why did God call you to change a light bulb out? Why that person offered to pay you some money? Because God was trying to meet your need here way before there.
Oh, no, no, no, that's definitely not God. Come on church. Oh Hey, can you come on my yard? Can you do this?
Do you think and God's beginning to meet the need? No, no, no, no, and then you want to work God's that yes, so what is faith? What is faith in the Greek? It's pisestus.
What a nice little Greek word there. This is here's something I'm just looking at faith for a second because before we can get by faith. We know what faith is Conviction of the truth of anything belief in the New Testament a conviction or belief respecting man's relationship to God and divine things generally with included idea or trust and Holy favor born of faith and joined with it That's the first definition of faith here's the second definition of faith relating to God the conviction The conviction that God exists and the creator and ruler of all things the provider missed over eternal salvation through Christ the conviction that God exists If God exists and God says something to you, do you believe that? Do you have that conviction?
If God said it's gonna come to pass Well pastor Michael, I've been holding on to faith for all the unbelieving all the stuff that God ever tell you that well No, then what are you holding on to? Well, I got this conviction unbelievable. I can believe it. I can blame it too.
I can blame it God's gonna give me a Tesla tomorrow I can confess it all afternoon and tomorrow morning when I wake up I start at f4 150 in my tramp driveway Just because I believe this crazy chaotic stuff is not conviction The vision comes when the spirit of God speaks to you relating to Christ a strong and welcome conviction or belief that Jesus is the Messiah through him we obtain eternal salvation in the kingdom of God Another deficient faith. Well, these are good The religious beliefs of Christians. Oh, that was funny The religious beliefs of Christians that we have faith belief with the predominant idea of trust or confidence or like that word confidence Whether in God or in Christ springs from faith in the same Fidelity faithfulness the character of one who can be relied on Can you trust Jesus? Thank you for the 70 who said yes the rest of you this morning?
Can you trust Jesus? Can you trust Father God? Can you trust the Holy Spirit? So when he says leap, why are you still standing?
Yes, yes, yes. Come on church. We want to be people there obedient to the things of God You're a grocery store and God says hey for that woman's groceries. Is that really you God?
I know that's not Michael Michael doesn't think that way. I'm gonna grow to storing I have a giving heart generous heart, but I don't walk in a grocery store. It's going I want to pay for these groceries. That's not on my brain.
So when the Holy Spirit speaks to me I know it's him. So why do I question him? Why do I doubt him? I say here on something where I'm going?
Yes, I believe in Jesus. I have convictions. I have faith but when he says it in real life in real time Why do I back up rather than jump off? Oh Come on Listen Abraham's obedience of faith models three valuable lessons for us hearing God being willing to follow God's bleeding And even when we cannot see the full path ahead trust in him So here's number one hearing God if you're gonna walk by faith and be obedience by faith, you gotta be able to hear God's voice Romans 10 17 so then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God We have to know the word of God We have to know the word of God I'm not gonna beat this horse very long because a few weeks ago I talk about true in yourself and I talk about spending time in the Bible understanding the Bible But here's what's amazing that I find people will say you know I believe this what God's saying does it line up with the Bible?
Does it come in line with the Bible? Oh, I've never read that before does it come in line with the Bible? Okay, I'm not sure about the Bible didn't read and if we don't read call somebody who does read who can help you read Come on church if we're gonna walk in obedience to God We got another word of God first and foremost the Holy Spirit will give us directions that line with people the truth So here's a question does the revelation line up with the Bible does the leading lineup with the Bible? Does the prophetic word line up with the Bible?
So I want to look at this if a person point is hearing God is very simple It is difficult to walk by faith when you are not hearing anything It is difficult to walk by faith when you are not hearing anything The great Larry Lisa this you must understand that it is God's will for you to hear his voice You must understand is God's will for you to hear his voice You are a child of God as a child of God. What should you do be hearing his voice? When we were children our fathers and mothers spoke to us Sometimes things we wanted to hear so things we didn't want to hear but they were constantly speaking to us Constantly speaking to us constantly speaking to us well pastor Michael. I haven't heard God's voice in a couple of days Then what's the last thing he told you?
Go back and do that so that you can go forward and do what God's called you to do Well pastor Michael man, he told me to do was something I'm not too sure about That's why you're not hearing anything today Come on Let me say this to you okay. It is God's will for me to hear his voice I would you say that with me. Let's say together. It is loyal for me to hear his voice.
Do you believe that? Thank you for that 25 you said come on do you believe that it's God's will he want you to hear his voice and say well daily Sometimes it's daily but sometimes it's here on Monday until you do the thing you told you to do then you're not Here's voice again until you do it and then you hear him on Thursday And you do what he says to do and you hear him again on Friday And sometimes he hits a weekend office says go do what I told you to do And sometimes God tells me do things and all of a sudden it takes a long time for it to happen a lot of times church in September I go away to Keras to hear God's voice for what we're gonna do for the next eight months in this church And so I go man that series was right on time. I go. He's God.
I heard God's voice Listen, I'm your lead pastor, but I can take the same thing sometimes you go in God. I trust I know this what you're saying to me But after a while it's like okay, so it's a man that that message that week praise God just hit the right time And I'm going thank you Jesus. I heard you back in September for what you wanted to do in April Listen, I'm passionate about you fishing my coach saying to me give me some examples great Adam Adam and Eve Genesis 2 Adam and Eve Genesis 2 in 2 16 says and the Lord commanded the man saying of every tree of the garden you may freely eat But the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat for that day you will eat of it And you will surely die for the Lord God commanded the man saying Listen, there are some things I always wonder about Bible if I was Adam and I had a chance to Talk to father God face to face But I would do anything in the world to protect that I mean anything Eve in my situation Becky get your greasy hands away from that fruit Why do you stop my hand keep your hands away from that fruit dad just said do not touch that thing girl What are you doing? I mean I would do anything to protect that Yeah, now we're talking but when you're so interesting there are things in our life We know we shouldn't do but we don't protect it to have that face-to-face conversation with father God and God's talking Well passion Michael you used a first-time Genesis Adam and Eve you know walk in the garden.
Okay, take Noah Take Noah for example in Genesis 6 13 to 16 and God said That's God speaking again And God said to Noah the end of all flesh has come before me for the earth is filled with violence through them and behold I will destroy them with the earth make yourself an arch of go for wood make rooms in the ark and covered inside and outside with pitch And this is how you will make it the length of the arch I mean 300 cubits It's with 50 cubits and it's height 30 cubits You should make a window for the ark and it shall finish it in a cubit above and set the doors the ark in its inside You shall make it with lower second and third decks if you've never been to the ark encounter in Kentucky Oh my God Driving up to that thing and coming up and you see that ark just sitting there and I'm just like if this is like a replica Of what an article looks like this thing is massive But if you're a contemporary of Noah, you're gonna do what you're gonna build a boat? What's a boat? What's an ark? And what are you gonna build it for?
It's about to rain. What's rain? By faith Noah said I'm gonna do what God told me to build by faith I know that rains are coming and flood waters are rising. Oh, come on church You know he had family members who said now say that again boy You gonna do what?
Okay, and they laughed at him and they laughed at him until the rain started coming the flood waters rose I love you as your pastor. I don't want the rain waters to start dropping the flood waters to rise on you When Father God told you to build something to do something By faith walk in the things that God told you. What's two easy ones. What about Abraham?
He's read about Abraham didn't we? What about Moses? What about my nose wife? It was Baron?
Samuel Isaiah Jeremiah and I could go on I just picked a few highlights there Okay, that's the Old Testament. What about the New Testament sure you didn't ask me that because surely Jesus spoke to everyone's disciples in the Cospels Father God walk in the garden Jesus walk with these guys Jesus walk with everybody and he was telling all this truth and people said we believe you are that he's alone Jesus woke up Philip Holy Spirit spoke of Philip acts 829 to 31 then the Spirit said to Philip go near and overtake his chariot So Philip ran to him and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah and said do you understand what you're reading? And he said how can I let someone guide to me and he asked Philip to come up and sit with him Come on church the Holy Spirit's been speaking to some of us about reaching different people Well, I've had this person name in my heart and name my spirit for the past month. What are you doing?
Well, I just had some bad pizza last night. I had some ate some bad Frito or something Now that's the spirit of God speaking to you Whenever somebody's name pops up in my brain when I'm sleeping when I'm awake when I'm praying when I'm in the shower Somebody's name because I think Lord where are they at? When am I gonna come across their path and when I come across their path? What am I gonna say to them?
I prepare myself just like Noah did for the reign to come billy Art Lord, I'm preparing myself. Give me a scripture. Give me a store What is it that's gonna intersect our lives so that I can be the person who intersects their life with you see by faith I'm already preparing for the meeting that I haven't even had yet. God show me the pieces to that puzzle Some of you in this room call me and say hey, can I meet with you on Tuesday?
Great. What's going on? I talk about Tuesday. I start praying towards that meeting Preparing for what's gonna happen that meeting?
Come on church And an ise in x9 cornealius in x10 Peter x10 Paul and x16 father God wants to speak to you He does through the Holy Spirit. He does the prophetic words. He even does the discernment Shocker even the summer so here's the question. What was the last thing the Lord spoke to you?
What was the last thing the Lord spoke to you? Can you write it down? Do you have it in your head? Are you walking in it?
He spoke it. I got it. But now am I walking in it That's number one here's number two Be willing to follow obediently Be willing to follow obediently Be willing Not be grudgingly Well God if you're making me do it, I'll go do it Okay, okay. I don't want to do it.
I'll go toddler. I'll go do it dad. Okay. I'll do it Why do we do that Christians?
We have a loving father who loves us and only wants to pass for us But we be grudgingly obey him William Ogden wrote the song where he leads I'll follow Where he leads I'll follow follow follow all the way Where he leads I'll follow follow Jesus every day That's the kind of faith that walks by faith and is obedient to Christ Jesus wherever you go, I'm following Holy Spirit, what have you say I'm following? Are you perfect? No, I'm not perfect. I'm not even trying to present that to you being perfect But I'm trying to do the best I can every single day Every single moment and when I mess up I repent I get it right and say you said it.
Let's go There's a deep-seated obedience for God I mean a deep-seated like hey, I just feel like I need to go talk to this person Go talk to them. Go share Christ with them. Share your testimony with them Come on In this verse, I mean there's some very significance the phrase by faith signifies that faith is essential in our relationship with God Do you believe he is good? Ooh, boy got quiet No, no, that's an important question Do you believe that intrinsically God is good?
If he's good anything he says to you through his word through his Holy Spirit Guess what? It's for your good For you're good for my good Oh, come on church The phrase when he was called indicates a specific moment of a divine encounter If God calls when God speaks it's a divine encounter because he wants you to move Amen Brian, can I join me on stage? Yeah no clue Just like us Christians we start reaching for things Take two more steps Brian Take a step towards my voice Take another step towards my voice Take another step Brian Hey I'm getting close to that age Take another step Brian Take another step You're good You can lose the plan for No we're close to the age No we're close to the age Why? Because I would never let you get in danger I would stand between you and danger Thank you Brian Church that's not Brian Church that's you and Father God He got up and said Come on stage Why?
Because Brian I have a relationship and we can trust each other So he immediately came on stage and had no clue where he was going Just like Abraham by faith Was going to a land of inheritance but he had no idea where he was going Took his glasses off and no problem Became blind And only became blind became double blind when I put the blindfold on him And the only he began to listen to was my voice So many of us listened to so many other voices Yeah So many other things I read in the voice of the Father The voice of the Holy Spirit And he sings with his by faith Will you trust me? Church I really want us to come to a place of obedience When Father God says something by faith you do it You don't question it You do it Second Corinthians 5-17 For we walk by faith Not by sight Romans 8-28 And we know that in all things God works for the good for those who love him Those who've been called according to his purpose Now please make sure you understand something when you read this Because I hear non-cricians call this all the time And we know that all things work for the good But for those who love him That's the caveat there for those who love him Oh God makes things work out for good for me You don't love him So why would things work out good for you? And I think Andrew said it best If you love God You obey him Well I haven't been obeying God Why aren't things working out for you? Hello Dude, around me 31-6 Be strong and of good courage Do not fear and don't be afraid of them For the Lord your God He is the one who goes with you He will not leave you Nor forsake you God is there Church when God called me to come and be on staff at his church You're going to say I'm crazy But Becky can tell you I was making more money at A-leaf teaching than it was when I became on staff here at the church And one of the greatest questions Becky asks is How are we going to make the bills in our paycheck match?
Yes I said sweetie It's tight It's close But we know God And if God's calling us to this God's going to take care of it Come on And all along the way God took us Time and time and time and time again When the Lord's giving me prophetic words Here in our church CRTC Other countries Other things I'm just like you By faith I step out And when my foot lands I go Thank you Jesus Every single time But the key is this It's not just by faith It's obedience By faith I'm being obedient Walking in faith And God meets me every single time Leading the services Leading the church It's by faith that I do this There is no roadmap There is no A-B-C-D-E-E-F-G I mean there's none of that But by faith I lead this church Am I perfect? Oh no way My name mistakes? Absolutely I'm going to make more absolutely But I can tell you this I'm going to walk by faith I'm going to be obedient to what God told me to do That's number two Here's number three The path ahead The path ahead Well that was simple Oh no that was a powerful point Because we had Brian Van Horne on his day He's blindfolded Here's number three The path ahead Rick Warren When God has a plan for your life Don't be afraid to take risk And step Into the unknown Correct If I close the service right now And I gave you just time To write down What's God's plan for your life? Could you do it?
I got way ahead You're required Could you do it? Yes I've been in some of those classes Where the professors are a little strange They take a pull up piece of paper out And I want you to write your eulogy And that's a hard thing to do Or write what you want on your tombstone That's even worse But church If we don't know where we're going How are we ever going to get there? Well Patrick Didn't you just say the path ahead is unknown It is unknown But the Lord will show you Sometimes a step And sometimes the Lord will show you The end result way down here But he doesn't give you between C and Z He just gives you a glimpse of what's down the road In this season of life What do you know that God's called you to do? What do you know that God's called you to be?
Some of you young people That's a relative term young people Come on And say well what do you mean? Well Abraham had kids in his 90s So listen to your exact word here What does God have for you? What's the challenge that God has ahead of you? I mean well I have no idea I want to not tell you every I want to mark it out for me Listen Church by faith you walk in what God has for you You've got to be faithful It says the phrase is to go to a place He would later receive as his inheritance It emphasized the destination Oh I know where I'm going I'm going to heaven Yeah I'm going to heaven too But between here and heaven What does God got me to do?
I believe that God has called me to pastor In Wharton County, Texas To affect this Gulf Coast region What does that look like? It looks crazy Friday night I was at Carris Canyon Last night I was at the Wharton County Museum As the president of the museum board And I had all these people around me I mean it's like holy cow In this community in this county And it's like hey I'm the president I'm the guy in charge of this whole thing I went to that museum board thinking I would just surf faithfully And be just a back burner And nobody got to know you're going to be the president You're going to be the voice of this thing Why? Because God's called me to influence this county Today I'm here The singing I'm in New Bronze Falls Be well man you're just chaotic That's God's calling it's God's path for my life I know what my path is What's your path? Oh I'm called to be a life group leader Wonderful Are you called just to be a life group leader?
Or is God called to reach out to more people So that you can multiply your life group Has God called you to be in discipleship So that you can mentor and not mentor just one person But mentor multiple people And you mentor those multiple people in their lives Touch their wives or husbands' lives Those people's lives are children's lives They touch their grandchildren's lives They touch their grandchildren's lives I mean what does God called you to do? Even though he did not know where he was going Well I'm just trying to figure it out Good figure it out But if you never ask God Never ask the Father Then how are you ever going? Amen? Here's a close But I do have one word of caution for you Because there are those people out there who say Well I'm just going to take a shot in the dark Don't do that Take a shot in the light Let the Holy Spirit show you what's ahead of you Come on, there are too many people who've wrecked their lives By jumping out in faith They've wrecked their lives, their kids' lives I know people who've wrecked their lives Oh this job or that job Oh I make more money And it's wonderful you make more money I make more money, I can provide more for my kids Well they made more money They provided more for their kids But all their kids are right now Because I jumped out in this My faith Money Come on church Well I heard something in the spirit Well great, I'm glad you heard some spirit You didn't align with the word of God Who helped you confirm that?
What counsel did you seek? Well none Because you said by faith And that's not you didn't hear me say that You heard me say by faith Is it aligned with the word of God? Did you seek wise counsel? Did you follow through what God's telling you?

Because what what the enemy wants to do Jump off and wreck our life Take a message like this It's designed to lift you up He would take it and wreck your life Well the pastor said by faith No I didn't I said by faith Abraham obeyed Because he heard God's voice Amen We're called a little obedient We're called to faith But not silly faith Faith A conviction or belief Respecting man's relationship to God And divine things Generally with the included idea of trust And holy favor Born of faith and joined with it Let's pray Lord You've heard us this morning You've heard your word spoken That you gave to us I'd ask you now to send your holy spirit To each and every one of us Continue to train us in obedience By faith We would trust you We would put our trust in you Not trust in faith by the God But trust in you And Lord I pray right now For those of us who don't know Where you're leading Where you're guiding Holy Spirit today Tomorrow as we seek you Speak to us Speak life into us Speak life to us So that we can be who you call us to be In the mighty name of Jesus Amen Bless you Have a great Sunday afternoon
