By the People: How to rig an election

Introducing By The People?, a new podcast miniseries on voting rights in the 2020 election, hosted by Ian Millhiser. Each episode will examine a specific obstacle facing voters in the upcoming election, and lay out various policy proposals and practical ways to overcome that obstacle.
