C > F = R Yep, we're doing math today! 😂 Ironically, I posted earlier about acting to create your feelings instead of waiting to feel like doing something. Well, here's another tip. I got this one from Success Hotline with Dr. Rob Gilbert. When your commitments are greater than your feelings, you get the results you want. Tonight, my commitments were far greater than my weak feelings. I not only got in a good workout, but my longer run to beat the weakness was one of my best runs to date! I didn't want to do any of it tonight. But it felt amazing to overcome those weak thoughts multiple times! Physical and mental reps tonight. All kinds of gains were made! No excuses!
