In this special episode we unpack the background to Luke, themes and theology, how Luke relates to the other gospels, and what preachers might want to think about as they delve into Luke's gospel in the year ahead.   Professor Bart Bruehler is Director of Biblical Studies at Uniting College for Leadership and Theology, Adelaide, within the University of Divinity. He is author of A Public and Political Christ. Bart is ordained in the Free Methodist tradition.  Associate Professor Kylie Crabbe is a Research Fellow at Australian Catholic University. She is author of a ground-breaking book called Luke/Acts and the End of History.
