C2E Classics Vol1

I'm going to make this disclaimer right at the start. This mix is pure cheddar. However it is the finest cheddar known to man. Nothing soulful or deep, just a collection of some of the most famous tracks in the history of house. 88-92 the good old days, the golden era, when at least five or six classics were released every week. You could only buy them on vinyl and the sleeves were as crazy as the tunes. There has never been a time like it since, and sadly there probably never will be again. Those that were there to experience it were truly lucky and will tell you so. I still remember the first track I ever heard in a club. It was Electric Choc - Shock the beat. Yes I'd been listening to the tapes from clubland for a couple of years, but the minute I heard that beat kick in I knew I'd found a friend for life, and me and my friend have had some great nights over the years. You'll notice I haven't even mentioned the other tracks yet. That's because they need no introduction. Let's see how many you remember losing the plot to! Piano please!! 1) Jazz & The Brothers Grimm - Casanova 2) Seduction - Your My One And Only True Love 3) House Of Venus - Dish And Tell 4) Problem House - Party People 5) Pierre Feroldi - Moving Now 6) Expose - Tell Me Why 7) Katherine E - Feelin Good 8) Solo - Come On 9) Dynamic Noise - Do You Fell Alright 10) Brother In Rhythm - Such A Good Feelin 11) Pin Up Girls - Take Me Away 12) Electric Choc - Shock The Beat 13) N Joi - The Anthem 14) Brothers In Rhythm - Peace N Harmony 15) Tom Salta - The New Generation 16) Ralphi Rosario - You Used To Hold Me 17) Todd Terry - Weekend 18) Joe Smooth - Promised Land 19) Shades Of Rhythm - Sound Of Eden 20) Jimi Polo - Better Days 21) Flim Flam Tolga Balkan - Shall We Do It Again 22) 4 For Money - A Moment In Time 23) Fierce Rulin Divas - Rubb It In Now come up for air, and let's do it all again!!
