One of the armored things is up a ladder working on the arms when the party walks in. Both of them draw. What follows is a fight the party is winning, except the prism itself keeps lighting up and firing on everyone not behind cover, and they want it off those arms in one piece. Then something starts moving around on the floor above them. Then it stops moving. Nobody in this room, including the thing in the armor, is prepared for what comes through the ceiling next.
