C3 Network Podcast Episode 10: How To Build A Life That Lasts - Love
from C3 Network · host Dan Holland
Peter starts with Faith, but ends the list of virtues with love…and he was specific. He wrote: “to brotherly love add agape” love. Unconditional love. It’s a God-like quality. God IS love. “For God so agaped the world that he gave his one and only Son…” I think it’s brilliant that Peter makes agape love the ultimate outcome of faith. We are never more LIKE God then we love others unconditionally. Start with faith…end with love. Faith is having confidence that God exists and rewards those who diligently seek him. Agape Love is the active pursuit of the best for someone else, even when they don’t deserve it. It’s a process. Peter is clearly telling us that building a life that lasts begins with us believing IN God and results in us becoming LIKE God. Again, it’s a process. 2 Peter 1:3-11Follow Coach Dan Holland:Facebook ➡️ https://www.facebook.com/CoachDanHollandYouTube ➡️ @CoachDanHollandVisit us online 👉 https://coachdanholland.comIf you are interested in starting a micro church or hosting a small group in your home with like-minded individuals, we've got you covered.
