Once Jesus and his disciples arrived at the well near Sychar, Jesus was tired, but the disciples were hungry, so they went to find something to eat. While they were gone, Jesus had a conversation with a woman. When the disciples return to Jesus, they see that he is talking to a Samaritan woman, which surprises them. However, they don't interrupt their conversation or ask any questions. The woman is impressed by what Jesus says and leaves her water jar behind to run back to her town to tell everyone about Jesus. She told them, "Come and see a man who told me everything I've ever done. Could he be the Christ?"
