Knowing your audience, desired out come Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chloe grew up enamored by the movie business, and did whatever it took to get her foot through that very narrow door. After beginning her career in the windowless mailroom of Creative Artists Agency, Chloe's first role above the basement level of the agency was in the motion picture film finance and sales department. There she learned about the foundation of putting together a film, working with independent financiers and producers. Chloe then transitioned into the motion picture talent department, where she was able to fulfill her passion of working closely with some of the industry's brightest stars. After getting a taste of being at the center of the industry, Chloe took an opportunity to segue into a different role, managing renowned fashion designer and film director Tom Ford's new LA-based studio, where she had firsthand experience working directly with a fashion and business legend. After years of working for institutions like CAA and Tom Ford, Chloe was ready for a change of pace and took on roles in the talent partnerships space at some of tech's buzziest startups, including Verishop and now Bright, where she runs talent and brand partnerships strategy.
