Luis Caballero is a Venezuelan DJ and producer whose journey began in the 1990s, inspired by the radio culture of his hometown and an early fascination with dance music. Now based in Chile, his sound blends the energy of house and groove with the introspective qualities of minimal, shaped through years immersed in the Latin American electronic scene. His sets have taken him across Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador, Peru and Chile, sharing the booth with respected international artists along the way.As a producer, Caballero’s music reflects a deep connection to the global minimal movement, combining groove, depth and subtle detail. Beyond DJing and production, he founded Oceanic Recordings in 2009, an independent label built around a carefully curated vision of minimal and underground electronic music.
