He told me that one of the biggest challenges in the last year was the growing number of production installations of Dynatrace and the increased number of support tickets we saw. Roland explains how we started instrumenting Dynatrace with Dynatrace to capture more diagnostics information in customer environments where Dynatrace was not running smooth.
