Roman Catholic Archidiocese of Torino Italy n 1922, Luigi Bonfante took over the reins of the historic Pasticceria Piatti, a renowned confectionery establishment active since the 19th century, and began serving the people of Chivasso with an array of delectable sweets. With a clear vision, Bonfante aimed to elevate and popularize the "Nocciolini" beyond the confines of Chivasso.
