CAHEC Expands into Louisiana with New Affordable Housing Community in DeRidder

CAHEC is set to develop a new Low-Income Housing Tax Credit community, Capstone at Cedar Street, in DeRidder, Louisiana, offering 40 units for families earning up to 60 percent of the Area Median Income. The project, developed by The Banyan Foundation, will provide affordable housing options with various amenities like open green space, a walking trail, community pavilion, and playground, contributing to the region's affordable housing needs.
