2012年所成立的脊髓損傷社會福利基金會，是回應台灣六萬多個脊髓損傷者個人與家庭的迫切需要，當他們面對突來的意外，從一個自立者，甚至是家庭的主要經濟支持者，轉變為時時需要受人照護的被照顧者，心理和生理的衝擊是外人無法想像的。基金會成立以來服務無數人生遭逢巨變、身心受創的脊髓損傷傷友，透過同儕訪視、心理諮商、資源轉介、租屋補助、微型保險等服務，幫助傷友不再放棄自己，陪伴他們找回尊嚴與自信。本集節目邀請基金會李和謙執行分享他們的工作，歡迎收聽！
