财智多谋EP147《上市公司为何被摘牌？》

2018年有六家中国公司被从澳大利亚证券交易所摘牌，最新一个遭摘牌的是一家有争议的保健理疗公司——传统疗法诊所有限公司，简称TTC。在同一年，也没有任何新的中国公司在澳交所上市，数量多得多的上市申请也遭到拒绝。澳交所的数据证实，在过去两年里，共有九家在澳交所挂牌的中国公司被摘牌，主要是由于业绩报告和其他公司治理问题。
