Caley: Physiological Birth, Placentas and Mothering Consciously

In this episode I speak to Caley.Caley grew up in a family of 7 girls with her mum always speaking of birth so beautifully and passionately, no fear around it. She was intrigued and drawn to birth from a young age and has her Mum to thank for this. She was also present at the birth of her youngest sister - born in hospital. All of these experiences shaped her own journey into freebirthing her 2 daughters and the deep passion she has for birth.Before becoming a Mum, Caley worked 10 years in the human and community services field which was all a big part of her finding herself as a woman and really realising that the 9-5 GO GO GO structure was not supporting her body or cycles!Now, every day she is consciously creating a life for her girls. It’s not always easy.
