from Calgary News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
Calgary braces for another spring snowstorm, with Environment Canada issuing a special weather statement. Expect heavy snow bands from tonight to Monday morning, causing travel chaos along Highway one and two corridors. The city may see six to twelve centimeters of snow, mostly on Sunday, with possible lingering flurries into Monday. Heavier hits could reach fifteen to twenty-five centimeters in worst bands, and the foothills plus central Alberta could get another five to ten centimeters Sunday night. Drivers are advised to take it slow, leave extra time, and watch for low visibility. Stay tuned for updates as the system rolls in, and prepare your winter gear for one last snowy twist before spring. Support the show: Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
