Calgary Budget Adjustments, Bullying Awareness Week, and Great Winter Reads!

After budget adjustment deliberations this week, Calgary City Council passed the 2024 budget and it means a residential property tax hike for Calgary home owners. We get the details from Mayor Jyoti Gondek.  Next, it’s ‘Bullying Awareness Week’. We take the opportunity to learn about a very unique, local organization called “Bullying Ends Here” and hear the personal story of the man who created it, Tad Millmine.    Colder weather is in the forecast and that means it’s the perfect time to curl up with a good book!
