Calgary Bust Seizes $1M in Cash | Calgary News

Calgary police and ALERT pulled off a record-breaking cash seizure worth over a million dollars in a single raid, along with nearly 7 kilograms of suspected MDMA, 3+ kilograms of fentanyl, 2+ kilograms of meth, and significant amounts of cocaine and cannabis. The bust, which also included searches of two other homes and vehicles, led to charges against Kerry Lu and Donald Ng for trafficking, crime proceeds, and prohibited weapons. Authorities link this operation to an earlier May sting involving 4 kilograms of cocaine, pointing to a larger, local organized crime network now under investigation.
