Calgary Fraudsters Target Costco | Calgary News

Calgary police just cracked a brazen fraud ring targeting Costco stores, nabbing two suspects facing 189 charges—including stealing $30K+ by swapping barcodes on cheap items for high-value electronics. The scheme spanned three months, involved a man and woman teaming up, and ended with cops finding over 300 grams of meth and gear to forge credit cards. Beyond fraud, they’re also charged with possessing stolen IDs, credit cards, and card-copying tools—showing a slick, multi-pronged scam that’s now under heavy investigation.
