Calgary Stampeders Pull Off Wild Win | Calgary News

Calgary Stampeders pull off a heart-stopping 28-23 win over Hamilton Tiger-Cats, capped by Dedrick Mills’ 49-yard TD with 29 seconds left — and a last-second pick-six by Kyle Wilson sealing the deal. With starting QB Vernon Adams Jr. sidelined, rookie Josh Love stepped up in his CFL debut, throwing a TD and completing 24 of 35 for 263 yards. Rene Paredes added five field goals, while Tre Ford led Hamilton’s offense with two TDs and 80 rushing yards. Despite a gritty effort, the Tiger-Cats drop to 4-8 after their second straight loss.
