Calgary Today: Safe Consumption Sites

Is the debate ofver drug supervised consumption sites finally coming to an end? Within the past two years the number of safe consumption sites approved to operate in Canada has gone from one to 22, as well as some interim sites.  In this 5 part series: Angela Kokott explores various angles around these sites. How do they work? Where will they be? How does the neighbourhood feel?
