California Democrats add redistricting to November ballots—Republicans push back

As Democratic officials in California move ahead with plans to put redistricting on the ballot in November, they're getting pushback from Republicans and from some members of California's independent redistricting commission. One of the architects of that commission, Charles Munger Junior, recently donated $10 million dollars to the effort to oppose redistricting.
