California's Bold Plan to Reduce Carbon with Barry Vesser of The Climate Center

Carbon. There’s too much of it in the atmosphere. We feel the effects -  the rising heat - the droughts. We watch as our rivers and reservoirs run dry. What if - we could draw tons of carbon out of the atmosphere and reduce water use at the same time?
