Stop giving yourself a break and being nice to yourself.That doesn't mean you have to belittle yourself and tear yourself down. But calling your actions what they are is important so you can learn from them.Today I did something that was just dumb. Actions have consequences. I got burned. Thankfully it was minor. But it was purely stupid. There's no other way to describe it.Giving myself a break or trying to be nice about it wouldn't have helped.I called it like it was. Told myself to be better.
