Call Of Duty Sales Are Way Down, And GTA Trilogy Might Be The New Cyberpunk!- The Home of Play Podcast ep.89

from The Home of Play: A PlayStation Podcast · host Home of Play

Happy Monday Everyone!  This week we learn of the many failings of multiple game. GTA trilogy: the definitive edition might be the worse game release we've seen since Cyberpunk 2077, Battlefield 2042 is a complete mess at launch (as we predicted), Plus even Call of Duty Vanguard is seeing some of the slowest sales in the franchises history. This might all be due to possible crunch to reach release before the years end, or major corporations no longer care about the final product, either way we break it all down this week. So lets just get into it!   Remember you can send your comments, questions or complaints to our email [email protected] This week on Episode 89 of The Home of Play podcast we Discuss The Following:   00:01:49 - Weekly Update with Steve, Chris and Curtis. 00:14:24 - Sony has detailed its PlayStation Black Friday sale - VGC 00:15:19 - There's 'Zero Chance' of Dying Light 2 Being Delayed Again - Push Square 00:16:54 - Leaked WWE 2K22 trailer shows off redesigned controls and a new Showcase - VGC 00:18:57 - Battlefield 2042: Someone Made a List Of Every Missing Feature, And It's Quite Long - IGN 00:24:26 - Yakuza studio Ryu Ga Gotoku is working on a new franchise - VGC 00:25:56 -UK Call of Duty launch sales down 40% year-on-year - Gamesindustry.biz 00:27:42 - Saints Row delayed to August 2022 - Gamesindustry.biz 00:29:49 - Unknown Dev Making Good Progress on Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 - Push Square 00:31:27 - WB's MultiVersus Officially Announced, Features Batman, Arya Stark, and More - IGN 00:33:05 - Review Round Up 00:35:30 - Article 1: Whoops! : Gamesindustry.biz 00:41:26 - Article 2: Let’s Get Physical! : Gamesindustry.biz 00:49:22 - Article 3A: Let's Play, Spencer Says. : VGC 00:53:42 - Article 3B: Xbox Game Pass is ‘very, very sustainable right now’, Spencer says. : VGC 00:58:17 - Article 4: Game of the Year Goes To? - Push Square   01:03:51 - Your Homework for the Week: CD Projekt denies Cyberpunk Game Pass plans, after footage appeared in marketing - VGC New PS5 Breakdown with Mark Cerny Is a Fascinating Watch - Push Square New Earthworm Jim TV Series Is In the Works - IGN Babylon's Fall: The First Preview - IGN Guardians of the Galaxy Now Has Ray-Tracing on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S - IGN Remote Play on Android 12 Has Been Updated to Support DualSense PS5 Controllers - Push Square Ubisoft opens fourth Quebec studio - Gamesindustry.biz Kena: Bridge of Spirits’ Physical Version Drops Tomorrow - playstationlifestyle.net   01:05:48 - Blooper
