Called and Flawed ft. Joshua Benstowe

On this episode of the Light point podcast, we talk about what it means to have a calling of God upon your life but still wrestle with doubt confusion and shame. My good friend Joshua Benstowe keeps it all the way real as he delves into some personal anecdotes of his experience growing up as a PK, struggling with the realities of sexuality and shame and feeling a call towards ministry right in the middle of his mess. He vulnerably shares the ways in which he has had to overcome the lies of condemnation and fear to step into a deeper experience with God and lets us know that even with all the brokenness and confusion he is still overcoming, there’s something beautiful that happens when God removes the shame from your story and allows you to walk flawed, but called.
