Called As Citizens For Glory & Dominion

1Peter 5:10-11 "Who called us to His eternal glory by Jesus Christ". Times of suffering are to restore us to ministry. Why me? Because you are a follower of Jesus Christ. It is like a parent roughly grabbing a child to keep them from walking into traffic. Being one of God's children is a priviledge I do not deserve and did nothing to accomplish. Jesus did all the work. We just accepted the gift. Revelation 4:8-9. Our ministeries are for God's glory. When we receive crowns in heaven, we throw them at His feet for His glory. Not only are we meant to bring Him glory, but we are also citizens of His kingdom which give Him dominion. Put yourself in the kingdom of heave as a representative/ambassador/agent of heaven. If you do not live/act as a member of heaven, do not claim to be Jesus' follower. Sometimes part of being a citizen is being called into warefare. All relationships should be designed for that end to bring glory to God by practicing being citizens of heaven. You are not your own. You were bought at a price. So honor Him with your body, heart, and mind. Our expectation should be suffering. Just as a soldier for his kind, we should be willing to die for Him. Once the Bible communicates truth, are you willing to submit to it?
