Let's bowhead for a better prayer. Our most gracious and loving heavenly Father, we come before your holy presence in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ by His precious blood. Thank you, Lord Abugar, for gathering all your dear servants and handmaidens from far and near today. Thank you, Father, that we could come and rest a while in your holy presence.
Thank you for the wonderful message that you spoke to us in the first session, concerning protocols and how a minister should conduct himself of herself in all the ways of God. Thank you, Father, for the beautiful world of edification that you gave to your servant. Thank you, Father. Now I ask you, Spirit of the living God, open our hearts, open our ears, give us an understanding heart and a listening ear that we may hear, while the Spirit of God will speak to His servants and His handmaidens today.
In the name of the blessed Lord Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen. Now, when our Bishop Richard called me for this conference, I was praying and asking God, what I should come and bring for you the word. And on the 22nd of April, that's just two days ago, one morning as I was sitting down to do my morning devotion, I heard the still small voice of the Holy Spirit say, unless a man is called like Aaron, no one can take this honor upon himself. And his sentence got repeated within me, the Holy Spirit kept on repeating the sentence, unless a person is called like Aaron.
And I knew this was a passage of scripture in the Bible. So I quickly turned to Hebrews, chapter 5, and I would encourage you to do that right now. Hebrews, chapter 5, and the verse 4. So this will be our key text for today.
And the message is entitled, called like Aaron. And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God just as Aaron was. There is a different translation of the Bible called the new living translation. And it explains the scripture in a little beautiful manner.
And let me read to you. So the Hebrews chapter 5 was from the new living translation. And no one can become a high priest simply because he wants such an honor. He must be called by God for this work just as Aaron was.
Now if you look at the scripture again carefully, there are two parts to it. Okay, now we got this NLT scripture on the screen for you. No one can become a high priest or to translate into our present terms. No one can become a pastor.
No one can become a bishop. No one can become a pope. No one can become a minister. Whether a minister or a woman minister.
No one can become one simply because he wants to. This is not a worldly profession. I choose to become a doctor. I choose to become an engineer.
I choose to become a lawyer. A worldly profession you can choose to become. But not the ministry of God. Not the ministry.
It's God who calls you. It's God who chooses you. You cannot choose. Once a young man, maybe in his early twenties, he wrote me a letter.
He said, Dear uncle, say in India they don't call elder by name. We call them either uncle or auntie or woman or elder brother or elder sister. Or if they are much older, call them grandpa, grandma. We use some honorable titles to call them with respect.
Do you do that in Ghana? Wonderful. See, Ghana and India are brothers. We enjoy the similar culture.
So he wrote me, Dear uncle. You know, I am doing my undergraduate studies now. I am doing a bachelor's degree program. But no matter how much I try to study, my mind is always blank.
And I really couldn't concentrate in my studies. Do you think God is calling me to the ministry? That was his question. So I replied back.
In my younger days I was very blunt. Now I would be more diplomatic like a pastor, you know. But in my younger days I was very blunt. I said, God does not like lazy fools like you.
Right, pastor? He said, Good answer? Lazy fools. If you cannot study your textbook, how are you going to study God's textbook?
Right? And you will not study God's textbook and each Sunday you come to the church. You will say, the Holy Spirit inspired me and end up talking nonsense. Am I right, everybody?
First you be diligent in what you are called to do as a youngster. So the scripture says, no one can simply choose. You must be called by God. So this is the word.
The Lord wants me to put before you today. Are you here? Called by God? Or you chose it?
Or because your father is a pastor, you automatically chose that root. A part of succession. What are you here? A minister must be called of God.
He bruised chapter 5 verse 5. That is why Christ did not honor himself by assuming he could become high priest. Now look at this sentence. The Lord Jesus Christ himself did not choose the honor to himself.
He himself did not choose it. He did not assume automatically he would become the high priest. Just because he was the son of God. Just because he was the Messiah.
He did not assume that the high priest under the order of Melchizedek will be automatically his. He did not assume he had to work for it. How? By interceding.
See the order of the Melchizedek is a very high level priest. A priest is firstly an intercessor. He intercedes. So if you do not intercedent for others, how can you claim to be in the ministry of intercession?
You must be an intercessor. Then you can claim. So the Lord Jesus did not assume his calling. No, he was chosen by God.
Look at those three words. Chosen by God. Who said to him, you are my son. Today I have become your father.
Even the calling to be the son of God is a calling given to the Lord Jesus. He was chosen because he qualified. So the number one important lesson we need to learn in our calling is, am I chosen by God? Some are chosen from the mother's womb.
Like the prophet Jeremiah in Jeremiah chapter one verse five. If you have such a call from your mother's womb, no matter where you run, God will pull you back. Then there are some who along the way, because of their love for God, they are called by God. Chosen by God.
I see him faithful. Okay, let me choose him. He was faithful in the little things. Let me promote him.
And he become owner of all. Just like Joshua, like Elijah. They were called and they were chosen. Second category.
So a minister of God must be chosen of God. It is an honor that God gives you in numbers chapter 16 verses 36 to 40. You read of an incident there, a rebellion takes place. Cora, Dattan, Abiram, three percent, another Trinity there.
You know the scripture says a three-fold court cannot be broken. So it works for good and it works for bad. Good towards edification, bad towards destruction. So these three guys ganked up together and began to murmur and gossip against the Prophet Moses and the high priest Aaron.
So they were in back door talking committee. Why must they only be the leaders? Why not us? We are also from the threat of Levi.
They are also from the threat of Levi. Why should they and their family only be the leaders? Why not us? We also have court.
We have the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We have the anointing of our lives. We know that we are God. So they gossip among themselves and they came to a resolution.
Let's create a mutiny. So they went to the congregation of Israel and they spoke to the next level leaders. The elders of Israel, 250 elders. They gathered them together and they spread the poison to them.
And the 250 were poisoned by their logical reasoning. People who are poisoned, they have a way with words. And they can manipulate people. Have you seen such of them?
They will manipulate and they will start by saying. Let me share a burden in my heart. It starts with a burden. But it's not a burden.
It's jealousy. It's envy. It's corruption. They are sharing.
Or they are just gossiping. So the 250 were infected. These 250 ran to all their 12 tribes. Because they are elders of the tribes.
And they poisoned 3 million people. Within a short time, 3 million is a right turn against Moses and Aaron. And they called for a referendum. We want to change our leadership.
That was the cry. And the Prophet Moses was so brokenhearted. Because his call was to bring them to the Promised Land. And after that, they can have their referendum.
So they called for a meeting. So all Israel gathered together. And the Prophet Moses said, No one can unless it be given to His witness. If I am truly called My witness.
And He called the earth. He is not vindicate me. And swallow them alive to hell. Only two incidences in the Bible can have an alive.
Now, in Moses spoke that. The earth opened up on Cora Abiram. And the morning I met another discovery. And the other grain.
I was so surprised. I missed that word. The 3 guys. They are children.
They are grandchildren. The entire family is born alive. And they went alive to the trap as soon as the fire of God. Or the judgment of God.
And the Prophet. We can do that. We are righteous before God. Amen.
Wrong answer. You know what? Oh God. And they cried to God for a true pastor.
No matter just members on the chairs and on the back, true pastor. And I am sure through that path. In the end, 1993, 70 pastors had gathered together. Speaking.
And after my... And I saw the Lord Jesus Christ and beside you. And the Lord Jesus told me, He servants. Whatever I show you.
So the Lord went and stood before a pastor. And I see like a screen. A curtain in the heart. And I say speak to them.
So we pastor. When this guitar. That was inflicted upon... The bad words.
They speak. The false rumors. The back made against the pastor. And the later they initiated the pastor, He felt the pain.
That they respect for pastors. How difficult... Because it's a big fan of satisfy everybody. In my ministry, 120, we have 120 problems.
Another one doesn't like. At phase. Short phase. All can satisfy everybody.
You cannot. Today they gather on Facebook. So an Aaron's son. Unless collecting.
This other guys had brought. Which were... Now look at numbers chapter 16. Especially as the priest took the bronze sensor.
Sent it. And they were hammered out. To be a memorial to the children of his... Who is not a descendant of Aaron.
To come near to offer in-scent. Become like Cora and his companion. True Moses. Now look at verse 40.
No outsider. Who is not come near to offer in-scent. Unless the honor is given to you by God. You don't create a mutiny if you are already getting over.
We are younger people like... If you do that, the fire of... Let me tell you. In the Old Testament times.
But you know what? Move the hearts of the people. Engle's one. God will want to save the members.
The church. Leave the church. For some unknown reason out of the church. And eventually unrighteous means...
What? I have seen this. They are church on unrighteous ground. Fellowship.
So a pastor came up to me. A young pastor. And he said I would like you to come to my church. And you to come to my...
His hands. I heard the Holy Spirit say nothing more. So the next month I was again in the fellowship. And his pastor approached me.
And I let's call him Pastor John. So Pastor John say, brother, I would like you to come to my church and minister. Again I heard the Holy Spirit say, don't go to the church. So I didn't.
And two months later I was in the fellowship again. And this pastor came and gave me his visiting card. His business card. And to make sure that I know his name, address, his phone numbers so that I will call him and tell him which Sunday I was free to come and minister.
Again I heard the Lord say, don't go to the church. So on the third time I kneeled on before the Lord. And I asked him, Lord, what is wrong with that church that you don't want me to go there? Then the Lord told me, he has built this church on unrighteous grounds.
And I have rejected him so you don't go there. So I was surprised what this meant. So I call a senior pastor who arranged that fellowship to ask about this pastor John. So I called Pastor Mark to ask about Pastor John and Pastor Mark told me a very pathetic story.
John used to be a youth pastor in let's say Pastor Luke's church. So Pastor Luke single handedly started a church. He ran house to house preaching the gospel to non-Christians. And he brought one by one the souls into the church.
And I had visited Pastor Luke's church. There were 300 members in two years. And John was a youth pastor. And half the church were youths.
And whenever Pastor Luke goes out on a missionary venture, he is a missionary at heart. So they go to a nearby nation called Philippines to do missions work every quarter. And during his when he's away he will have visiting guest speakers to speak for him in his Sunday service. So regularly an American pastor runs to his church.
So on this particular time Pastor Luke was going to go to Philippines for ministry. So he scheduled Pastor American to speak in his church. So Pastor American is a regular visitor to Pastor Luke's church. On that particular Sunday when Pastor Luke was not around.
Pastor American after his ministry he started giving prophecies to the church members. And he pointed your finger at Pastor John. He said John stand up to your feet and he gave him a long prophecy that God has called you to a very big church ministry. All the flowery words you know you are not supposed to be in this small church.
Got his big work for you to do blah blah blah blah blah. So what is the ethical protocol for Pastor John to do? Wait for Pastor Luke to come. And then tell Pastor Luke about all his work and then get his blessings and go out to plant a new work.
Am I right everybody? All agreed? This is the protocol thing to do. But what did John do before Pastor Luke can come back?
He gathered all the youths whom he was pastoring together and spoke about his vision. So you all heard the prophecy. So it's time we start our own work. So he took all the youths out of the church to start his own church.
When the youths went their parents went with them. When Pastor Luke came back three quants of the church was gone. Only one quarter left. Pastor Luke cried before God.
He became a bitter broken hearted man. To be broken hearted is one thing. To become bitter is another thing. He became so bitter he closed his doors to no more visiting speakers.
No more. And he shut himself and he doesn't want to fellowship with any pastor anymore. Because everyone is the potential enemy now. You wouldn't know which other pastor will come and split the remaining one quarter.
So this is the reason why the Lord told me don't go to Pastor John's church because the foundation on which he started his church is unrighteousness. He stole another man's ministry to start his own ministry. Church splits are not in the will of God. They never.
The Apostle Paul says we have this ministry of reconciliation. That's the work. When people come to me with problems over their pastor, I try to find out the real truth whether the pastor is at fault or not. Then I tell them if you really cannot reconcile, leave peacefully and don't speak to anybody that you are living.
Just leave peacefully. That is the godly thing to do. Not bring one third with you. If you do that, you have the spirit of Satan inside you.
You know the scriptures, right? Satan did not leave heaven alone. He brought a group of angels with him. That's what many people do today.
When they break a church, they purposely break a church and take a group away. The spirit of Satan, the spirit of Lucifer is not the work of God. You should never ever do that. Break another man's church.
Just go quietly and start your own. Launch out into the D. That's what the scripture says. Launch out into the D.
The ocean is white. The Emma is very big. Ghana is very big. Go!
Don't sit beside. Just down the street. You start your own church. When Adonai is already here.
Or tripartite, you start your own tripartite. It is an honor that God gives. One cannot take this honor upon himself. You cannot assume the honor by yourself.
Numbers chapter 16, verses 8 to 10. The Prophet Moses looked at Kora and he said like this. Here now, you sons of Levi, is it a small thing to you that God of Israel has separated you from the congregation of Israel to bring you near to himself, to do the work of the tabernacle of the Lord, to stand before the congregation to serve them, and that he has brought you near to himself, you and all your brethren, the sons of Levi with you. And now, are you seeking the priesthood itself?
You cannot take this honor if God calls you to whatever small task of viktas. Be faithful. Like the worship minister who leads us, this young man who is saying, who leads us in the worship, such a beautiful voice. I don't have the gift.
I can sing, but when I start singing, the keyboard player will have a hard time finding the keys. And by the time he finds the right key, I will finish the song. That's my gift thing. That's my gift thing.
You know? My nephew sings beautifully. So when I need to sing, I'll call my nephew to come and sing. I will just stand behind him, just moving my mouth and people will think that I'm the one who's singing.
So we all have our gift. We give. Stay in the place of your gifting. What you can do, I cannot do.
What I can do, you cannot do. At the end of the day, the Lord judges us by what we do for him, not by duplicating another man's work. I know for sure, among the fivefold ministry, pastoral is none, not in me. I know.
Even if any one of you comes and prophesies owe me, I will never believe that. I will never believe that. Because I know beyond all shadow of doubt, what I'm called. I know my calling.
I stand in the office of the prophet. I stand in the office. I started as an evangelist. That's how I started.
And then my ministry became apostolic and prophetic. That's why I stand. Now recently, since the last three years, I see the teaching ministry manifesting, but never pastoral. I tried, you know?
I tried and I was the worst pastor. I founded a church and after two years, it broke. I broke it. Not anyone broke it.
It was I. I preached so hard, I chased everybody out of the church. It is okay in a conference, not every Sunday. Right?
You cannot do that every Sunday. So I came to a conclusion. Prophets are useless pastors. They can never pastor a church.
If there's ever a prophet in any way in Ghana, and his personal church, don't go to the church. I tell you a truth. Or that person is a false prophet. Just a title they are assuming, calling themselves because it's a popular title today.
When I first started coming to Africa in 1994, bishop was a popular title. Everybody's a bishop. So I was switching in Kenya. And the pastor who invited me introduced himself as a bishop.
You know, where I come from in India, bishops are very high title. It's not an ordinary title. High title, Anglican bishop, Methodist bishop, they are really high title. So when I was introduced to bishops, oh, very high bishop.
Then another man, he was also a bishop. Then another man, he was also a bishop. So I felt so honored. My first visit to African country, all the bishops came to my church, meeting.
So I just asked this bishop, was he like me. So how many hundreds of churches are you looking after? He said one. I had a spiritual culture shock.
How can you be pastoring one church and you become bishop? Right? Then later on I found out it was a fashionable title in the 90s in Africa. That disease has come to India now.
I think you have exported it. Today, every person is a prophet. The prophet is a popular title that everybody is carrying in Africa. Even in India now, it has started.
The export has taken place. So no one can take this honor upon himself. That brings us to the next point. You cannot self declare.
You cannot self declare that I am an apostle. I am a prophet. I am a pastor. I am an evangelist.
I am a teacher. Hebrews 5 verse 1. For every high priest taken from among men is appointed for men in things pertaining to God that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins. I want to bring your attention to two words in the scripture.
taken appointed. Now the word taken in the Hebrew in the Greek is lumbano. L-A-N-B-A-N-O. B-A-N-O, lambano means to take up or to take in hand, which means among many people, God's hand comes to take you.
Secondly, appointed, the word appointed in Greek is katistimi, K-A-T-H-I-S-T-E-M-I. katistimi means to place, to take and place, to set down in a place. It means it's God who does that. It's He who appoints you.
If you are an evangelist, you did not advertise yourself. By the foot of your ministry, people will know that you are an evangelist. You are burdened for a lost source. You are always going out on the streets to win souls, not just win souls, but accompanied by signs, wonders, miracles, an evangelist, anointing.
People who see, they'll know you are an evangelist. Period. You don't need to advertise the foot of your ministry, we'll speak. When a man has a great love, took care for souls, care for the church members, you know he's a pastor.
His heart is towards that. And a man who loves the word and then reads the word, he likes to teach, he likes to organize this. When my younger brother, who's eight years younger than me, when he got saved, at fifteen years old, he began to devour the Bible like nothing. You'd spend hours studying the word of God and you'd buy all kinds of God, like Christian books, and he reads, and he reads, he takes down notes, medical notes, when he was just fifteen years old.
And he came and asked me, can I teach to the youths in the church? I said, all right. So he gathered the youths about a handful of them and he would teach them fifteen years old. And at that young age, I saw a teacher in the making.
I was an evangelist, you know. So teacher was not in me at all. And he began to grow in the gift. Today he's pastor's church, he has a Bible school, he has many schools, and he's planted many churches.
And successfully, now he's settled down in the US, and the flute of the teaching ministry is evident in his life. I always when I advertise him or check him, I would proudly say he's a teacher, I'm just a preacher. Period. So when the call is on your line, you know me to self-declare.
You don't need to do that. If you're an apostle, you have a burden to go, you have to run church here. Run church there, run church here, run church there. The apostolic ministry is evident.
So the flute will speak louder than your self-declaration. How was Aaron called? Exodus 4 was 27. And the Lord said to Aaron, go into the wilderness to meet Moses.
So he went and met him on the mountain of God and kissed him. The Lord said to Aaron, how was Aaron called? Why God directly? The call came directly.
Either you may hear a voice coming to you when you are praying and waiting on God or a word of prophecy. Someone prophesying to you that God is calling you like this, but I would counsel you. No matter what great men of God may prophesy to you, you must get a final confirmation from the Lord himself. Don't just run around with what someone prophesies.
If you do that, when the wind blows, the tempos blows, the suffering comes, the tribulation comes, poverty comes, hunger comes, you will begin to doubt whether God really called you or not. I always counsel the young and the old. You must hear God yourself, especially in the ministry. And doubly more for full-time ministry.
Because to come out to full-time ministry, you have no guaranteed income. I was a high school teacher before God called me to the ministry. So I have a comfortable job, a comfortable guaranteed salary every month. So the Lord told me, resign, come and serve me.
So now to serve God, He didn't promise me any salary. No salary promise, no medical benefits promise, no Social Security promise. No matter what age or retirement, nothing promise. All I heard was come, follow me.
On 1st January 1983, I knelt down and met a covenant with the Lord. I said, Lord, since it is your idea that I resign my work and come and serve you, therefore from today, you must take care of me. I will not open my mouth and make my needs known to anybody. And God is my witness.
This is the 45th year of my ministry. No, no, no, wait, wait, wait, wait. Why was the honey? Your anointing has gone there now.
From a brown shirt to the blue shirt, jump over. You have repented. Now, he has picked it up. In this 45 years, I was stood and ministered in 60 countries.
I have never opened my mouth and mentioned my needs to anybody. I would make appeals for the ministry, it's for the ministry, but not for me. For my needs, I bend my knees and I lift up my hands to my boss. Because He called me to the ministry, right?
You know, in 1992, I was in the Himalayas. In one morning, I woke up with a great pin under my buttocks, great pain. And when I went to the toilet, I could not pass motion. It was finally painful.
And when I touched, I could feel a swell, a big swelling under my buttocks. And it was so painful, I could not work properly. For three days, I suffered in the pain. I had no money in those days to go and see a doctor.
So after three days, when I couldn't take the pin anymore, I prayed. When I, if I had continued my work as a school teacher, with that money, I would have gone and see a doctor. But now I have no money. You should now kill me.
Within one hour, the swelling disappeared. Totally disappeared. This is how God has been taking care of me, this 45 years. Not only me, even my parents, my aged parents whom I should care for.
In my culture, the older son must care for their parents till they die. And when I came out into the full-time ministry, I could not support them. I used to feel very guilty that I have failed in my responsibility. And this guilt began to buck me every day.
Must be the devil condemning me, you know, you have failed, you have failed. So one day, I cried out to the Lord. I said, Lord, I am a failure as a son. I failed to take care of my parents.
And the Lord visited me. And he said, you take care of my work, I will take care of your parents. It was a covenant that was made in January 1984. And my father died in 2012 and my mother died last year.
Until that day of their living, all their needs were taken care of by God supernaturally. They never suffered any luck. See, when God calls you, he will take care of you. Yes, I mean, when God truly calls you, not you, volunteer.
See, it was God who chose Aaron. Then before he knew it, Psalms 105, verse 26, God will choose you. The calling will be there even before you know it. When the right time comes, it will be made known to you.
What is your destiny? Your real destiny. And the disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ were called in a similar manner. If you read Matthew 4 verses 18 to 22, Peter and Andrew, brothers, James and John, brothers, with all the four of them had a successful fishing business.
Successful, not only successful, wealthy. They were wealthy, they had their own books. And the Lord said, come. And they left and they followed the Lord Jesus.
And during the three and a half years of following the Lord Jesus, all their needs were taken care of. They never suffered any hunger, never suffered any luck. And we read in Acts chapter 9 verse 15 that the apostle Paul was chosen and called in a similar manner. He was a fire-wanking Pharisee and then I said, cut out and I will send you to the Gentiles and to be for kings and prince and rulers.
His life turned around, not such declaration. God calls you. Thirdly, even fitfully served his brother Moses as his mouthpiece. That was his calling, initial calling.
Exodus chapter 4 verse 16. So he shall be your spokesman to the people and he himself shall be as a mouth for you and you shall be to him as God. Before Aaron became the high priest, he was Moses assistant. Assistant to Moses.
And we read in Exodus chapter 24 verse 13, Numbers chapter 11 verse 28 and Joshua chapter 1 verse 1 that Joshua 2 served Moses as his assistant. And then God promoted them because they were faithful in serving another man's ministry. And we read in 1st Kings chapter 19 verse 21 that and 2nd Kings chapter 3 verse 11 that Elijah served Elijah for 10 long years, 10 years after he was anointed as Elijah's successor. But for 10 years he faithfully washed Elijah's feet, washed his hands, washed his clothes, make food for him, never desired the pulpit.
He never desired the pulpit. He was contented to just serve Elijah and God saw that. He said he is the true successor and eventually the mental of successor was given to Elijah because he was faithful in another man's ministry. Serving a chosen man of God, now listen everybody, this is something I learned from the Lord.
Through a personal experience, serving a chosen man of God equals to serving God. I had a very faithful assistant, his name is Andrew. He got married to my faithful spiritual daughter Amuda. And two months after the marriage he died.
And when he died my heart was so broken. I was literally crying for three months. I lost all faith. I lost my faith was shaken.
It was a very personal blow to me because I loved him as my own son, brought him up in the ministry and he followed me everywhere that I went in Nepal in all the Himalayan mountains to do ministry. So after he died, I even had no heart to preach anymore. Because how can I stand here and say God will heal you when my assistant, 27 year old boy, died of a sickness. I prayed for him for seven days, fasted and prayed for him seven days.
And on the seventh day the Lord appeared to me and he said I will heal him and take him home. And the boy was 100% killed of tuberculosis. And three days later after the killing he died. Why?
It was just shock to me. Why? Why? No one could answer the question why?
If God wanted him to die, why heal him? Let him die in the sickness. According to medical record he was 100% killed. And then on the third day for mysterious reasons he died.
Today on his death certificate the cause for death question mark. Doctors don't know. Maybe breathing problem question mark. That's what it is in the medical certificate death certificate.
So two weeks after his death, I got up one morning, unwillingly because my body was accustomed to get up at three o'clock to pray. It just woke up and I sat down unwilling to pray. How to pray? Now you do not know whether God will heal you or not.
I went to the broken path. So when I closed my eyes, suddenly I found myself in heaven. And the room where I stood was as large as this room discharged. And at the end where this cameraman is and the sound system is, the throne of the Lord Jesus was set.
And all around him the elders of heaven and the angels all stood around. And I stood in one corner and I was watching what's happening. And a little while my assistant Andrew appeared. I saw that day how souls are received in heaven.
He appeared and he looked at the Lord Jesus. He folded his hands in an Indian fashion. He bent down and he said and he greeted the Lord. And I noticed the Lord Jesus did not acknowledge him.
They did not smile at him. He was just like this kind of a look on his face and he turned to his right and he said, let the books be opened. Then I saw a huge angel who stood at the right side of the Lord Jesus. And there was a big table before the angel and many books.
And the angel opened all the books. He looked at the records and then he turned and he looked at the Lord Jesus. They never spoke anything verbally but that's how they communicate in heaven by thoughts. God communication in heaven.
And after whatever the angel called the Lord Jesus, they had a smile appeared on his face. And he looked at Andrew and he said, well done. Good way, way, way. See, story not over yet.
I'll call you brownie, okay? You're going to repent it. See it jumped back there. The spirit.
So now listen, this is the important point I'm going to make you know. The Lord Jesus said, well done. Good and faithful servant. First part, you have been faithful to my servant on the earth.
Now enter into the joy of your father. So after that the angels and the saints came, they welcomed him and they brought him to his heavenly abode. And the Lord Jesus looked at me and he said, your son is safe with me. How long are you going to cry?
Will you shame me before the devil or will you continue my work? Okay. The important point is this. The Lord Jesus said, you have been faithful to my servant on the earth.
He did not say you were faithful to me. So these are something you have never heard anywhere before. So a week later when I was okay, I took this matter before the Lord. I said, Lord, please explain to me what does that sentence meant.
Then the Lord told me, when you are put under a man of God to serve him, when you are faithful to serve a man of God, whom I put you under, that is equivalent to serving me. So when you, if you are an assistant pastor, please, if you are a youth pastor or like this cameraman, this sound man, that cameraman over there and all those unsung heroes, the audio people, the camera people, the media people, all the worshiping, they are all serving under our Bishop Richard. When they do their work faithfully without any recognition, it is equivalent to serving God directly. And the Lord will look at you and say the same thing, well done, good and faithful servant.
It is equal to standing here preaching or equal to going out into the world to safe souls, equal because you are faithful in the small things. Whether small work or big work, the quantity of work doesn't count the quality. What's your heart attitude? With what heart attitude you serve?
Are you grumbling or wholeheartedly? You are doing it even though you don't get paid, you don't get recognized, you don't even get a word of thanks. Excuse me, come here. Just leave me there.
Does this work? I hope you don't mind asking some questions. What's your name? Richard Appian.
Richard Appian. You also Richard? Yes. Who is the name of the King?
Where are your parents? This way. Oh, your dad is there. Okay, please.
Now, you are full-time ministry? Are you full-time ministry? No. I'm just going to ask you one question now.
You must tell me, honestly. Okay? What do you look at me as if you are so scared? Do you do this job every Sunday?
Yes, please. After each service, does Bishop Richard come and say, thank you for doing a good job? No. No, he doesn't do that.
What about you, the cameraman? No, please. What is his name? Tyreeze.
Tyreeze, thank you. Tyreeze? Tyreeze is very angry. What about that audio, guys?
I can't see. I can't see. I don't know what that's upstairs. No, not upstairs.
Yeah, down there. Okay. Bishop, thank you. No.
So Bishop doesn't thank you. Do you stop doing this work? Why? Because I won't see.
Because he's ungrateful. This is just acting. He's ungrateful, right? He should thank you, isn't he?
Does he pay you? No. No, my. Worse.
No, you're not paid. You're not even tanked. Yeah, you do this every Sunday. Please give a good clap to this young man.
I just demonstrated to you what is true ministry. Please, don't get offended. This is just demonstration. Be in faithful.
Whether you are tanked or not tanked. That's my point. You know, not to insult our respected. No, no, no.
Whether you are tanked or not tanked. Whether you are recognized or not recognized. He is faithful to do his work. Every Sunday, every weekday, he comes and stands there because that's his calling.
One of them give a good clap to all the unsung heroes. When we conduct our conferences. On the last day, I make it a point to invite all the volunteers up to the stage and introduce them to everybody and ask everybody to give them a standing ovation. For the hard work they did for doing the duration of the Crusades or the meetings.
See, this is what your hard attitude should be. Faithfully serving as a nobody. Nobody. No titers.
Reverend title is not there. Pastor title is not there. Not even assistant pastor. Or house church pastor.
No title. We just call him by name. Yet you faithfully do it. And when you do it, the Bible tells us promotion will come in God's time.
If God chooses it. Let me give you two examples. Joshua, because he was Moses assistant. Deuteronomy 31 verse 14 verse 23.
And chapter 34 verse 9 says he eventually became the prophet Moses sak-sazar. Eventually came because he was faithful in the small things. Secondly, Elijah. Second Peter, sorry, second Kings.
Chapter 2 verses 13 to 15 says because Elijah faithfully served Elijah. When Elijah was taken away, his unointing mental came upon Elijah. Faithfulness to the small thing. And promotion comes in God's time.
Amen. Technically my time is up. I should follow Bishop's example. If I go on to finish another half message, another one hour will pass by.
And I'm sure you don't like that. I should have been. Everybody, should I continue? Be sure.
Okay, let's make a deal. If you feel very hungry and you get bored of me, you can quietly leave. I wouldn't get upset. Okay, this is our deal.
Number 5, sorry, number 4. Aaron was obedient to all that Moses commanded him to do. Why? Because he believed that God spoke through Moses.
Exodus chapter 7 verses 1 and 2. If you have a godly, godfearing, humble man of God. And you know that they work with God, they talk with God. Then whatever they say, you obey.
