I hope you are, too. It was good to hear JR. I hadn't heard him in a while. Charlie James: It's been a little bit, yeah. Glad to have him back. What's going on? Carla: Well, I was thinking about the—the lone—the uncooperative juror on the Clancy case. And I had heard it reported earlier today that—did you see the—I think there were three women that were interviewed on TV about the case? They were—they were jurors. They were jurors. Charlie James: Yeah. Right, yeah. Carla: Well, I heard it reported that the one that said—and I don't think she really meant to put viciously when she said that—she said this uncooperative juror couldn't get over the fact that—couldn't get over—couldn't get past the fact that—that Lindsay had viciously murdered her three children. Like this is viciously murdering your children. Okay, but she—what I heard reported earlier today—is the one that also has a domestic charge against her for domestic abuse. Charlie James: Oh, really? Carla: Yep, yep. Don't know how it ended, whether it was pled out or whatever. But, you know, the news media doesn't report that those charges were dropped against this man, but I mean he got in a fight with his wife, you know, he probably shoved her against the wall or whatever, the dresser, and, you know, that's what... Charlie James: Yeah, but I mean that's—that's just the way that I mean they're—they're—they're trying to portray this guy. But in case people don't know what you're talking about, I want—I want to play this, cause this is her. Juror (audio clip): We had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children. Charlie James: Yeah, we all did! We all had a real hard time getting over that. Carla: I'm still having a hard time getting over that. And did you hear that she killed those children on January the 24th, three years to the day after the Irish woman murdered her—a pediatric nurse in Ireland—murdered her children? Wow. I wonder if that was just an accident, I don't know, but... Charlie James: I don't know. I don't know. But now—but now, listen to this, Carla, they got a name for it: "altruistic filicide." Carla: Huh? Charlie James: That's what—yeah, I know, right? That's what they're—they're calling this "altruistic filicide." When you kill your children... But I don't understand what altruism has to do with it. That's putting yourself, you know, putting others before yourself. Carla: Well, she put—she put them in heaven before, well, she ain't going to heaven, that's for sure. But I thought it—even infanticide, but what is filicide? I've never heard that... Charlie James: Filicide is when you're—infanticide is when you kill an infant. Uh, filicide is when you kill your children. Carla: Oh! That's a new one on me, thanks. Didn't know... Oh, okay, well, I'm glad it has a name, and we'll probably see more of it. You know, there was another one, there was a copycat in I think Ohio that I think I called you last week about that, when the two-year-old that got hanged. Yeah, okay. Well, anyway, a female juror, that same female juror that you've just played, was charged with domestic abuse, too. People need to know that. Charlie James: Yeah, yeah. Glass houses, right?
