We have a special guest today, David Kranes, one of the greatest writers in America, author of seven novels, three volumes of short stories, and a playwright who has had 40 professional productions, plus a film. This interview, unlike others, perhaps, is focused on how he does what he does, rather than what he has done. I am interested always in how people make their most remarkable art, and it seems to be a subject that we haven't covered enough.
