Calls for safe channels for migrants fleeing to Europe

The International Organisation for Migration, IOM, has called for the creation of safe channels of migration for African nationals fleeing to Europe. According to some European human rights organisations, as many as one million migrants are already on the way to Libya and Europe from countries across Africa.
