This episode we speak to his son Callum smith.Callum is the youngest Agegrouper we have had on the pod.He is still at college and preparing to go to University. After growing up running and playing table tennis at a decent level, he followed in his dads footsteps and decided to give triathlon a go.With the lack of clubs that had youth sections in his area it was, his dad who coached him to begin with, teaching him to swim and ride a bike. Callum went from his dad a s coach to working with Entire Performance Coaching  and joined the local running club and swimming clubs. In his short time in triathlon, Callum has had a go at qualifying for the Performance Assessment Series, where he just fell short, but qualified with his Dad at Sunderland, in his first standard triathlon, for the Agegroup world championship in Torremolinos later this year.
