The best way to turn the tables in an interview is ask good open ended questions. One thing I tell people is that you are interviewing them as well! So go ahead and think of about what you want to learn and then what questions you need to ask. Good open ended questions will also help you lead the discussion. As in sales you have a strategy and a goal to accomplish but you need information to do your job!  All of us want to be part of the discussion so your good questions will help bring everyone together. In other words to crush the interview you have to find out what is important and demonstrate you can do it!
