Calmness & despair cards: yep. I was out of alignment this morning.

I feel more aligned and able to discuss my emotional purge since yesterday morning. It got ugly when I decided to leave work early. I never truly recovered any centered state of being yesterday. I went to bed irritated so I woke up irritated. This is the importance of that I clear up issues before I go bed. It rolls over for me.
