Cameo

This week, the Lyric Lounge dives deep into the funky and eclectic world of CAMEO! Join Tosha, Teal and Ural as they explore some of the band’s most iconic tracks, each with its own unique flavor and impact. Teal kicks things off by Digging into "Why Have I Lost You" from CAMEO’s 1980 album Cameosis. Ural then takes us to 1984 with the politically charged "Talking Out the Side of Your Neck." This powerful track became an anthem of defiance and truth, highlighting the band’s versatility and their willingness to tackle social issues through their music. Tosha takes us back with "Sparkle" what more can be said about this classic. Tune in to KBLA1580 every Saturday at 4 PM PST to catch the show live. You can also listen online, on your radio, or download the KBLA1580 app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Missed the live show?
