Cameron Sherrard, Arborist Ground Worker Training Program Graduate

This week's guest on ISAO's Roots and Rings Podcast is Cameron Sherrard.  Cameron grew up in Etobicoke, where he spent countless hours outdoors exploring nature and wildlife. Much of his childhood was shaped by time spent along the Etobicoke Creek and in Centennial Park, where his passion for the natural world truly began.He attended Fleming College and earned a diploma in Conservation Biology. During his studies, he had the opportunity of a lifetime to volunteer in South Africa at a conservation research camp, further deepening his connection and commitment to environmental stewardship.Most recently, Cameron completed the Ontario Ground Worker program, merging his love of trees with the skilled craft of arboriculture. Attending the ISAO Conference confirmed that he has found his community, and he is excited to build a lifelong career in the arborist industry.
