But the distribution of what is said to be a gift from Paul Biya, one of the longest serving presidents in the world, months before presidential election has generated criticisms. Over 133 million dollars is invested to buy the computers while countries like Gambia invested just 7-point-5 million dollars to begin an technology assembly plant and that Kenya also has one.
