She guides the brand's product innovation strategy in the fast-expanding growing collection of luxurious products that encourage body love at its best. The inspiration for each product is rooted in Camila’s love of her home country’s positive attitude towards beauty and life. Prior to Sol de Janeiro, Camila spent 10 years in the beauty industry working in the skin care, color and gifting categories at Clinique and NARS. During that time, Camila drove global marketing strategies and innovative concepts that connected with consumers and led to the execution of many successful global product launches. These initiatives contributed to significant sales growth and also enhanced consumer engagement.
