Caminar, comer, ducharnos, respirar... todo puede volverse una oportunidad para volver al presente.Porque el verdadero entrenamiento no sucede solo en el almohadón o en silencio, sino en medio del movimiento, del ruido, del día a día.🌬️ Esta meditación dura 15 minutos y podés hacerla al aire libre, en casa o donde te sientas cómodo o cómoda.
