Camp Rock (2008) — "I'm Shane. But I'm sure even the kitchen help knows that."

As Disney Channel Original Movie Month nears its end, we look at a film that may exist solely to sell CDs: Camp Rock. Directed by Matthew Diamond, it stars Demi Lovato as Mitchie Torres, a talented young singer who heads to the titular music camp to further her training, where she learns to find herself and becomes romantically entangled with Joe Jonas's pop star Shane Gray, with Kevin and Nick Jonas along for the ride. We dig into the film's music, the Jonas Brothers' acting, and one truly insane piece of IMDb trivia. Wake Up Heavy's Mark Begley and The Projection Booth's Mike White join Chris Stachiw, the Doctor of Podcasting, to talk Camp Rock, Demi Lovato, the Jonas Brothers, and so much more.
