Our longtime friend Brian Lynn makes his return on this episode. The Sportsmen’s Alliance VP has seen it all when it comes to anti hunting organizations and their attack on hunters and conservationists under the guise that somehow they are protecting our wildlife and wild spaces. The “Sue and Settle” model is how they stay in business. Sue the government, try to get their demands met in court and then have their court costs and legal fees reimbursed by the federal government. It’s absolutely absurd that the government reimburses groups like Defenders of Wildlife and Earth Justice, but they do. This reality has lead to these two anti hunting groups accumulating over 300 full time attorneys with a goal of filing at least one frivolous lawsuit a day. Sportsmen’s Alliance has two full time lawyers trying to keep up with everything they are doing. It’s a thankless job, but somebody has to to do. If you aren’t a member of Sportsmen’s Alliance, I suggest joining our ranks today: Sportsmen’s Alliance
