Once an empty cement tunnel, has now been brought to life, through local artists. The arched pedestrian pathway that bridges the foot traffic underneath is truly a beautiful addition to our beloved City. Surrounded by the walking trails, Mirror Lake, and the small rural city itself, it’s an art gallery that offers a unique experience. As breathtaking as the tunnel is, some locals have often been spooked! Some have been frightened by the mists often seen, as well as the haunting whispers than echo throughout the space. Rumors that the spirit of a young woman, whom tragically passed near the bridge, may be lingering about. Unexplained & drastic temperature shifts, and feelings of unease & being watched are also reported. Some have heard faint crying, and even a few shadows have been spotted. During the day, the area is often busy with people enjoying the walking paths, and the steady flow of traffic make it difficult to catch any ghostly sounds. However, when the world is asleep, and the tunnel is empty, it isn’t unusual to feel as though you’re not alone.
