Unexpectedly I have a little bit of good news. The unemployment rate decreased from 35.3% to 34.5%. The total figures must be unpacked. There was an increase of 803 000 people employed in the formal sector and decreases in employment in the informal sector, agriculture and private households of a total of 352 000 people. This gives a net gain of new job creation. The number of unemployed people decreased by 679 000.
