Can Africa still reach the Zero Malaria Target by 2030?

Four African countries account for a little bit over half of all malaria deaths worldwide: Nigeria (31.9%), the Democratic Republic of the Congo (13.2%), United Republic of Tanzania (4.1%) and Mozambique (3.8%).   Vestergaard's Head of Global Growth and Advocacy, Patrick Sieyes, shares some thoughts on the efforts to reach the target of zero malaria in Africa and highlights some successes and lessons learned from the covid pandemic in this episode.
