Last season, Arizona State Sun Devils football struggled to do much on offense but their passing game was especially weak. Beyond sta receiver Elijhah Badger, who entered the NCAA Transfer Portal this offseason, the Sun Devils got precious little production from their wide receivers room. Entering 2024, the room has plenty of familiar faces, but with a new mentality, sharp veterans, and guys who can do a bit of everything, the Sun Devils are set up for much more success at the position. Jordyn Tyson and Troy Omeire will command the headlines, but the savvy vets in Jake Smith, Melqaun Stovall, and Xavier Guillory cannot be overlooked. The Sun Devils also have youngsters looking to breakout, like Kaleb Black and Korbin Hendrix. Plenty of responsibility will be placed on the group's shoulders with a young and inexperienced quarterback in Sam Leavitt at the helm, but a dynamic running game could help them out.
