Andy Burnham has made his first major policy speech since launching his bid to become Prime Minister. He used his first major address since returning to Westminster to set out his future plans. He said he will take power out of the centre with an expansion of the PM’s office to Manchester in what he called Number 10 North. Do you think Burnham will deliver on all of his promises?
