Insert under skin, press down to spread. Roast Chicken for 1:40 at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit until fully cooked at an internal temp of 165 Degrees Rice: Ingredient Ratio: 1 Part rice to 1 Part water or chicken stock, 1 TBSP Of Salt Per 2 Cups of rice 1 tsp of vegetable oilInstructions: Rinse & drain in cold water until water runs clear Bring rice to boil, cover with aluminum foil lined lid simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins turn off the heat & leave covered for 30 mins. Or Buy A Rice CookerBeans:Ingredients: 1 15.5 Ounce can of beans drained 1/4 Yellow Onion, 3 Garlic Cloves, Fresh Cilantro 1 TBSP Of Goya Sofrito, 1 TBSP Of Goya Recaito, 2 OZ Goya Tomato Sauce 4 Oz Of Ham, Salt, Pepper, MSG, Oregano, Goya Adobo, Badia Sazon, Crushed Red Pepper To Taste.Instructions: Saute Ham & Onions Until lightly browned add in Goya Tomato Sauce Sofritio & Recaito & Cook down for 1 minute add drained beans 2/3 a can worth of water & rest of ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat & simmer for 20 mins until beans thicken. Salt & taste repeatedly, add more tomato sauce, recaito, & sofrito to achieve desired thicknessSplit Pea Soup:Ingredients: 1 lb Split Peas, 12-16 Oz of Honey Ham Cubed, 1 lb baby carrot, 1 yellow onion, 3-5 celery stalks, 4 Cloves Garlic, 6 OZ Goya Tomato Sauce Salt, Pepper, MSG, Oregano, Goya Adobo, Badia Sazon, Crushed Red Pepper To Taste. 6 Cups Chicken Stock (optional)Instructions: Rinse & remove pebbles/debris from split peas, in a hot lightly greased large saucepan. Saute onions & ham until browned, add in carrots, garlic & celery saute for 3 minutes add in tomato sauce & let cook for 1 minute. Add rinsed split peas with 6 cups of chicken stock or water. Season to taste & let cook for 40 mins uncovered or 15 minutes at pressure. Adjust salt levels when reduced. If too thick add more water or stock for preferred consistencyRed Lentil Soup: 1 lb Red lentils, 1 lb carrot, 1 yellow onion, 3-5 celery stalks, 4 Cloves Garlic, 6 OZ Goya Tomato Sauce Salt, Pepper, MSG, Oregano, Goya Adobo, Badia Sazon, Cumin. Enough water to cover soupInstructions: Rinse & remove pebbles/debris from lentis, in a hot lightly greased large saucepan. Saute onions, add in carrots, garlic & celery saute for 3 minutes add in tomato sauce & let cook for 1 minute. Add rinsed split lentils. Season to taste & let cook for 15 mins uncovered until smooth for smoother soup, blend itPita Bread: Ingredients: 2/3 Cup Warm Water 1.5 Tsp Instant Yeast 2 Tsp Sugar 2 cups flour 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder Thyme & Olive Oil To TasteInstructions: Combine Yeast Warm Water & Sugar & leave for 15 mins, Combine yeast mixture with all other ingredients knead & let rise for an hour. Cut 8 portions roll them flat & pan fry with butter until cookedStuffed Pepper: Ingredients: 1 lb Turkey 2 Bell Peppers 1 lb carrot, 1 yellow onion, 3-5 celery stalks, 4 Cloves Garlic, 6 OZ Goya Tomato Sauce Salt, Pepper, MSG, Oregano, Goya Adobo, Badia Sazon.Instructions: Remove cut off top of bell pepper & remove seeds, season with salt pepper olive oil & roast at 350 for 20 mins. Saute onions, add in carrots, garlic & celery saute for 3 minutes add in tomato sauce & let cook for 1 minute Add Turkey, season to taste remove from heat & put mixture in roasted bell pepper
